**Attention** The AWM will be closed Saturday, September 27 to join in the festivities of Mountain Heritage Day at WCU. We will reopen on Saturday, October 4 from 10 am -2 pm. Visit https://www.wcu.edu/engage/mountain-heritage-day/ for more information about Mountain Heritage Day.

MUSEUM OPEN- April 5, 2025 – October 31, 2025 Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Annual Airing of the Quilts – Saturday, May 3 Join us for a our 7th annual event featuring quilts of generations past and modern day works of art. This event is free. We do welcome all donations to support our mission of sharing the stories of Appalachian Women.
